DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

Protokol ("we," "our," or "us") respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your Protokol account and what happens when your account is deleted.

HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

You can delete your account directly from the Protokol app by following these steps:

1. Open the Protokol app on your device.
2. Navigate to the Profile tab (the last tab in the bottom navigation bar).
3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
4. Read the warning about the consequences of account deletion.
5. Confirm your decision by tapping "Delete Account" in the confirmation dialog.

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately upon confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

ALTERNATIVE: REQUEST DELETION VIA EMAIL

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to support@protokol.me. Please include the email address associated with your Protokol account. We will process your request within 30 days.

DATA THAT IS DELETED

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

• Your profile information (name, email, phone number, profile photo)
• Workout plans and exercise data
• Meal plans and nutrition data
• Body metrics and progress data
• Body photos
• Chat messages and conversations
• Blood test results
• Questionnaire responses
• Trainer-client relationships
• Feedback and activity history
• Billing information
• Uploaded attachments and files
• Authentication credentials and login data

DATA RETENTION

Account deletion is immediate and permanent. Once confirmed, all your data is removed from our active databases and cannot be recovered. There is no additional retention period — your data is deleted right away.

Note: Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you (such as aggregate usage statistics) may be retained for analytical purposes.

IMPORTANT: THIS ACTION CANNOT BE UNDONE

Deleting your account is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, we cannot restore your data. If you wish to use Protokol again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
